Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal Recipe

This hearty oatmeal bowl recipe tastes like a warm peanut butter and jelly sandwich! We are taking a child’s favorite and transforming it into a well rounded meal, hitting all the right macronutrients to fuel our athletes. As always, we love to give you guys recipe ideas that allow you to be creative and adjust it according to your goals and desires, so feel free to tailor it to your needs.

Instructions: 

1. Begin by placing oats in a pot with the milk, 1/2 cup of water, and a scoop of your protein powder (pro tip: add two scoops if you want more protein in your oatmeal!) 

2. Simmer on medium heat and mix until oats are well cooked and thick.

3. Once cooked, place oats in bowl and drizzle the peanut butter and the jam on top of it.

4. Add the berries, banana, and mixed nuts and enjoy!


Makes two small servings or one big breakfast!
